What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment by Visa and Mastercard.

In the event you have difficulties with our shopping cart, please do not hesitate to email us at mitresg@teamlink.sg. We will contact you as soon as possible.


How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A confirmation email with your order summary will be sent to your email right after you have completed your order. For security purposes, the email will include a request for your reply to confirm that the order was placed by you. We will then proceed with your order.


How do I use a discount code? 
When checking out, there will be a text field where you can enter the discount code that you are provided with. Kindly note that discounts are not applicable for regular priced or already discounted items.


How much is the delivery charge? And how long will delivery take?

Delivery charges are as follows:

- For orders S$19.90 and below: S$5.00 
- For orders S$20.00 to $49.90: S$7.00

Free delivery (via Dpex) will be provided for domestic orders S$50 and above in Singapore only. After payment has been verified, goods will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. 

In the event that your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, we will not be able to re-deliver. To avoid delays, please ensure that a representative is available at the stipulated delivery address during working hours to sign for your package.

 

Will I be able to track my order? 
Yes! All our orders are sent out using Singpost Registered Mail. Once the order has been accepted by Singpost, we will email you the tracking number.
